That includes choosing whether or not to be evil. While a lot of the game is about building a family and being successful, ultimately everyone gets to define their unique Sims experience. Even if the expansions and stuff packs don't allow it, there are hundreds of mods out there that will most likely make nearly anything possible within the game. There is very little that players cannot do in the game. The Sims 4 is as much about creativity as it is about freedom.
