
Only thing I never see are UAC which I desperately want. ER Lasers on every match, heatbanks, the works. I’ve already met 3 SLDF Black Knights and managed to nab a whole one. Will play more to see if this goes away from pilots getting better and heavier mechs getting used.īTW my starting lance was a BJ with two UAC10’s :O a Jagermech with two UAC5’s, two AC2’s, and a ML, a TAG swayback LRM20, a boring LRM boat Jenner, and the super panther w/plasma cannon/EMP launcher.īBTW my new character’s name is musket as I chose a Davionite with a fondness of Autocannons.so my random loadout was fluff perfect I love the new stuff in the mod.but it seems like they wanted to add some unnecessarily complicated things that bog down the game. Is 60% or 75% too much to ask if you’ve got a normal engagement going on? I like matches being longer, but if it devolves into both sides shooting into the air like an inner city football team just won the super bowl, it becomes boring and super RNG worship. Likewise for your enemy, but I have yet to see a LRM have above a 35% hit chance while even most ACs and lasers hit around 15-50% unless the enemy is knocked down. Not to mention that you have much lower salvage ability and the game type punishes taking higher salvage.good luck taking missions with more than 1 picked salvage and retaining financial stability Normally I would have encouraged this in the vanilla game but there are a million different mechs in this version and incapping a mech just gives three pieces not 5.which is pants on head stupid (could have had a Guasszilla after the first mission ). Second mission had a regular medium lance but had a SLDF black knight in your face low levels.what I mean is that I started with a two and a half level assassinate mission which had the enemy lance comprise of a Gausszilla (4 gauss atlas?!?!) and two light/medium lances. no real tutorial to speak of, gear is not too hard to pick up on (in a noob to the universe) but all the extra modifiers and checks are bewildering and make you question their inclusion missiles no longer hit with stab and impunity like before evasion makes your dudes nigh unhittable new gear and interesting choices like single shot TBM missiles, UACs, and LosTech equipment I saw lots of folks raving about Roguetech and decided to take a chance on it - shoutout to Edmon for the tutorial video.

After three playthroughs and collecting all but one of the in game mechs (even got Victoria’s!) I started getting bored of the same old experience with no new content.
